The company is boasting its 43rd year in business in 2019, with a wide variety of diverse and luxury vacation rentals from Puako and Mauna Lani area on the Kohala coastline all the way down to South Kona. The company was founded by Marilyn Knutson, “Selling and Managing Castles to Coffee Shacks since 1976.”

Blake Kessner is the Broker in Charge at Knutson & Associates Sales and Property Management. Blake was born and raised in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii and is a fourth generation RealtorR. He is the son of Sharon Knutson, the current Principle Broker & Owner of Knutson & Associates, and grandson of Marilyn Knutson, founder of the company. Blake graduated from the University of Washington in 2012.

Kyle Nishiyama is a Realtor at Knutson & Associates Sales and Property Management. Kyle has lived in Hawaii for 10 years and has fallen in love with the Polynesian Culture. He has been studying his family’s history through extensive inner-island travel and exploration. Kyle has had a wildly successful career in Hospitality Management in Hawaii. Kyle embodies the true sense of Aloha and his devotion to client satisfaction is second to none. “My goal is to embrace every person I meet and leave a lasting impression.”
